Dr. Emerson Y. Chang, PA-C, is a dedicated Physician Assistant at Padder Health Services, providing comprehensive family medicine and cardiology care. With more than a decade of clinical experience, he is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered healthcare focused on prevention, wellness, and long-term health.

Dr. Emerson earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland before completing his Physician Assistant certification at Anne Arundel Community College in 2008. He further advanced his education by earning a Master of Medical Science degree from Saint Francis University.

Since joining Padder Health Services in March 2009, Emerson has been providing high-quality Family Practice services, helping patients of all ages maintain their health through preventive care and personalized treatment. In July 2009, he expanded his clinical role to include Cardiology, assisting in the diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of cardiovascular conditions.
