Resumption of Health Care Services
Dear Patients,

We hope that you and your family are safe and well. Over the past few weeks, we have all endured challenges, and many of us are looking forward to resuming our routines. As Padder Health Services gradually resumes normal operations, you can rest assured that we will be doing so with total commitment to your health and safety.

We are pleased to have met many of your healthcare needs thus far with Televisits. This has allowed you to remain in the safety of your home, while still being able to interact with us and discuss your health concerns.

As the Maryland Department of Health (MDH) has now relaxed the pandemic restrictions, we are resuming in-person office visits, in addition to Televisits, to serve you better.

For our cardiology patients, we are resuming those procedures that were delayed due to the pandemic, including Cardiac Catheterizations, Echocardiograms, Nuclear Stress Tests, and Vascular Studies.

In order to ensure your safety, as well as the safety of our staff, we will strictly adhere to the guidelines outlined by MDH and CDC to deter the spread of coronavirus:

  • Maintain social distancing. When you arrive for your appointment, please remain in your car. As soon as an exam room is ready, we will call you and bring you in. We have limited the number of staff present in each office. We kindly request that you avoid bringing family members or friends to your visit except when essential to your care.

  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE). Our providers and staff will be using PPE. We also ask that you arrive for your appointment wearing a face mask.

  • Screen for symptoms. Upon arriving to the office, you will be screened for symptoms and your temperature will be checked with a touchless infrared thermometer.

  • Clean and sanitize regularly. We have hand sanitizer available throughout the office and request that you use it when you arrive, and additionally as often as needed.

  • Implement enhanced workplace infection control measures. Our exam rooms will be thoroughly cleaned in between patient encounters, surfaces and door handles will be wiped down with disinfectant, and all magazines have been removed from the waiting room and exam rooms.

We look forward to seeing you again and will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding our safety protocols.
