Dr. Ernest K. Amegashie, MD, FACC
Dr. Amegashie is a board-certified cardiologist at Padder Health Services, providing expert diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care for a wide range of cardiovascular conditions. With advanced training in Cardiovascular Disease and Nuclear Cardiology, he is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based heart care tailored to each patient’s needs.
Dr. Amegashie earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the Medical School of the University of Minnesota. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Maricopa Medical Center and the National Institutes of Health (NIH). He further advanced his expertise through specialized Cardiology and Nuclear Cardiology training at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) in Maryland.
He is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Nuclear Cardiology and is recognized as a Fellow of the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) and a Fellow of the Society for Nuclear Cardiology. His distinguished career also includes serving as the Director of Nuclear Cardiology at Robinwood Heart Center, where he led advanced cardiac imaging and diagnostic services.
