Dr. Kelsey Harman, NP, is a dedicated Cardiology Nurse Practitioner at Padder Health Services, providing compassionate, patient-centered cardiovascular care. With experience in general cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, and advanced heart failure, she is committed to helping patients prevent and manage heart disease through evidence-based care and personalized treatment plans.

Dr. Kelsey earned two bachelor’s degrees from James Madison University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science. She later completed her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) at Virginia Commonwealth University, advancing her expertise as a Nurse Practitioner.
