Dr. Gulati is a board-certified cardiologist at Padder Health Services, providing expert cardiovascular care with a focus on preventing, diagnosing, and treating heart disease. With extensive international and U.S. medical training, he is dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s cardiovascular needs.

Dr. Gulati earned his medical degree from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, India. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at AIIMS and later at the University of Connecticut, expanding his expertise in adult medicine.

Before moving to the United States, Dr. Gulati served as an Associate Professor of Medicine at AIIMS, where he specialized in Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care, and Emergency Medicine while teaching and mentoring future physicians.

He further completed a Hypertension and Vascular Disease Fellowship at the University of Connecticut, followed by a Cardiology Fellowship at Hartford Hospital, University of Connecticut.
