Dr. Padder is the founder of Padder Health Services and a highly experienced board-certified Interventional Cardiologist dedicated to providing advanced cardiovascular care throughout Maryland. With decades of experience in interventional cardiology, he specializes in diagnosing and treating complex heart and vascular conditions using minimally invasive procedures and evidence-based therapies.
Dr. Padder earned his medical degree from the University of Kashmir and completed his Internal Medicine residency at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center, affiliated with Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts.
He pursued advanced cardiovascular training through prestigious fellowships at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, Maryland, and Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. He further completed his Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB).

Beyond his medical practice, Dr. Padder is deeply committed to education and community service. He founded Ayesha Ali Academy in Jammu & Kashmir, which opened in 2019 with the mission of nurturing students who excel academically while demonstrating integrity, leadership, and strong character.
Dr. Padder has also supported numerous charitable initiatives, including generous contributions to Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 7472 in Ellicott City, Maryland, for which he received special recognition in 2019.
